“Ronak Caterers” is synonymous with quality. To enable us to sustain it, we would highly appreciate your kind co-operation by keeping the following points in mind, thus assisting us in building quality relation with you in the years to come.

  • Arrangement s  for  the  function  ap art  from  catering  food  will  be  charged  extra, depending on the customer ’s requirement.
  • Mineral water bottles will be charged extra.
  • Brass  items  like  vessels,  lamp s  will  be  provided  for  usage  of  Pooja  only. Seasonal Flowers will be provided for the function.
  • Video and Photography is not a part of catering service.If availed, the bill be produced separately.
  • In the event of supply of Vessels, Buffet-Canopies being a monopoly of the hall, the bill shall be settled by the customer.
  • German  Silver Plates or Gold Coated Plates will Be Charged Extra. Special Display Counter will be charged Extra.
  • Royalty charges levied by certain Banquets, Halls and Open Grounds will be borne by the customer. Tables and Chairs which will be required by us should be provided by the Decorator of the Hall. Decoration of the Hall and Open Grounds should be taken care of by the customer. Kitchen(Hall), water and electricity (5 Amp, 15 Amp) facilities should be provided to us.
  • Customers should ensure that we are able to occupy the kitchen on the day prior to the function.
  • Menu requirements and other wedding arrangements (i.e.Seer, Tambulam bags, etc.) shall be finalised 10 days prior to the actual function date after which period, any change regarding menu and number of persons will not be entertained.
  • In the event of guests exceeding the actual number (given by the customer previously agreed), the charges for the same will be extra.
  • Menu and seer items are to be checked by the customer on arrival at the hall. Any  shortcomings  to  be  brought  to  the  notice  of  our  supervisor,  immediately.
  • We provide Coffee and Tea counters with uniformed and liveried waiters serving Lunch, Dinner and Refreshments with PRO ladies.
  • No      out side      food,      drinks      or      seer      items      shall      be      allowed. Customer should take care of their own belongings and valuables. Our staff shall not be held responsible for any loss or pilferage.
  • Kattusadam  food  provided  on  the  third  day  can  be  arranged  at  extra  cost.
  • Tipping is left entirely to the will and pleasure of our customers even though we do not recommend  the same. In case you choose to tip, please ensure you hand it over to supervisor only.
  • A token amount of 10% of the bill amount will be accepted as a confirmation of the order.    In    case    of    cancellation,    the    same    shall    not    be    refunded.
  • Billing pattern will be as follows:Service Tax (12.36%), Vat (5%) will be chargeable on the total bill.
  • Outstation Cheques shall not be accepted, except in core banking branches. No Post Dated Cheque will be accepted.
  • As regards to outstation Catering Services in addition to the Costing, to and fro. Con- veyance and transportation charges will be levied.
  • The final settlement of bill must be done within a week from the function date. No Discounts or Complaints shall be entertained during the final settlement of the bill. Price may vary slightly according to the market rate prevailing at that time.
  • The given Quotation will be Valid only for 3  Months.
